Gymnasium 9 is one the most respectable and famous school
in Tatarstan Republic.

9 is the unique secondary educational institution which gives
the profound knowledge of the French language which
begins in the 2nd form. The department of the
French language consist of 27 teachers, 18 of them have the
highest level of proficiency. The majority of the teachers has
worked on probation in France. The following subjects are held
on French language: country, study, French literature,
technical translation, geography of the
continents.
French
language and culture center of Tatarstan Republic keeps up
close connections with gymnasium №9 for 4 years.
That’s why our pupils have an opportunity to rest in
Russian – French camp in summer.
Close
cooperation and international contacts resulted in the
victories of our students on the over-Russia Olympiads. After
graduating from the gymnasium many students connect their
future activities with the French language in Kazan, Nizhni
Novgorod, Moscow; exercise their knowledge in the French
institute "Master" which was opened by the
Moscow institute of the International Affairs; work as the
interpreters in the joint Russian-French firms.
During a celebration of the 35th anniversary of
gymnasium we convinced that teachers and our gymnasium are
loved and respected and that for many generations gymnasium
has become a native house - Alma Mater.
